Halloween 2008

This was such a fun Halloween! Ty got Hulk Hands for his birthday this year and decided that he wanted to be the Hulk for halloween. I bought him a green shirt and drew a chest and muscles and then had green pants with brown pants over that i cut to look like shredded shorts. Ty's hair is really long so it was awesome when I spiked it up and sprayed it green. I must say I think he looks AWESOME!
Emily was a very sweet Tinkerbell.
We had fun at the Halloween parade at school. Ty wore his Stitch costume to school to watch Emily in the parade and was Hulk for Preschool and for Trick or Treating.
We also carved pumpkins at Grandma and Grandpa Coleman's house.
Our ward has a great Halloween party trunk or treat so we did that Halloween night and then went to visit both parents.
It was a really fun day!

Fun at Snowbird!!!

I took the kids up to Snowbird because Grandma Amann gave us the timeshare for the week. It was a total blast! I couldnt believe how many cute pictures I got of the kids. We took some nature walks and went up and played on the bounce house and bungee trampoline. My mom and Andy came up later and we all went swimming. It was so refreshing to be in mountains and see all the beauties of nature!

Scrappy Chicks Weekend

October 16 - 20,2008

Ahhhhhh! Deep Sigh! and a shout of Hooray!
It was time again for my Scrappy Chicks weekend with Kathi in Yachats, Oregon!
Once again it was THE most perfect weekend ever! We had so much fun scrappin... being spoiled by Kyla and Maggie and eating the most amazing food. We also went for a scenic drive and a few amazing hikes right along the coast. The mushroom festival was going on in town. I took a bunch of pictures of all the different varieties and it just made me smile and wish that Ade was there so see all of them. I think that she would have appreciated that.
Kathi is the bestest friend a gal could ever have. I am so lucky!
She has baby Lucas in her belly right now so I got to feel him kick and watch him roll around and I am so happy to be able to say that I actually got to be with Kathi on her Birthday! I can't remember the last time that has actually happenend!

Emily's Field Trip to Herriman Cove Pond

Emily has the most amazing teacher this year! Her name is Mrs. Ostler. She actually grew up just a few houses down from Joe and they were neighborhood friends.... Her husband was a friend of Andy's in highschool. And Even Crazier... Her best friend growing up married my cousin Emily Groo. So She hangs out regularly with my cousin. I know that is very wordy... but! I just it isnt every day when you can come full circle with what a small world it is!

Anyway.... back to the field trip! We walked from the school up to the Herriman Cove pond. When we got there they had different stations set up. They did a sketch of the pond. A nature walk with binoculars. And they also got to fish in the pond. Emily was beyond THRILLED to catch such a big fish! We had a sack lunch and then walked back to the school. The kids were pretty tired once we got back to the class room they all put their heads on their desks and took a rest.
It was a really fun field trip.

Cindy's Baby Shower

We had a fun shower at Steph's house for Cindy Steggell. She is going to have a little girl soon. I just got my hair done! LOVE IT! sorry to be a little vain! I also gave Bubba his birthday present and helped him get it out of the package. He loved all the Tonka Trucks! Score!!!!

I Love My Boy!

Spencer is such a fun boy! He has so many cute facial expressions and has so many ideas! He is always talking and thinking up things and asking question after question. He absolutely loves Myah. If he is not busy doing something he has that cat in his lap! She spends a lot of time running from him but I think she loves him too. He is doing so well in preschool. Tells me what he did and what he learned and all kinds of stories about his friends. His favorite friend at school is William. He says his name so fast it comes out Wilaam. He is still a little tiny kid with knobby knees. But has the energy and full of life of grown up! Cant wait to see what he ends up being when he grows up! AND.... Do you think when he gets big he is going to kill me for posting pictures of him in the tub?????
