Practicing Scuba in the Pool...

We headed back to Scuba Utah where Kenny and I certified for scuba diving to brush up on our skills before our cruise to Mexico. We bought an underwater case for our camera and had a fun time in the pool.




I was a little nervous but was really excited when it all came back to me and was actually quite easy even though it had been several months since we had been in the pool. We werent able to Scuba on our cruise last October because of Kennys emergency apendectomy.

We Bought My Mom a Dishwasher!

I have been dreaming for about 20 years now to get my mom a dishwasher! We had one for a short while when I was growing up but it started leaking on the floor so it was disconnected. When we remodeled her kitchen she had a place put in next to the sink for the dishwasher. It has been a hole in the cabinet to store the garbage can for over a year! Finally today RC Willey came out and installed the dishwasher I bought for her. When she got home she noticed right off that it was there. I was waiting down the street so I could come when she got home. Andy helped me by calling me to tell me when they got there. It was a really happy day for me!

Soccer Class

Ok, so I am going to play catch up just like everything else in my life!
I wanted to post a few pictures of the soccer class that my kids were in.

Spencer had so much fun! He wanted to be first in line for everything and did a pretty great job listening. It was really fun to watch him in action! He would get all hot and sweaty and I had to have a water bottle on hand to keep the little guy hydrated! lol!



Emily wasnt too big of a fan of the class until the teacher spun the hoola hoops across the room and they had to run and get it and return it to the other teachers neck. I spent more time getting her off the mats....

Lagoon

I havent been to Lagoon in years! It was my Aunt Vicki's stake Lagoon day so me and the kids decided to join in the fun. Kenny didnt make it with us but we had a lot of family and cousins there and had a great time. Spencer and Emily loved to measure themselves to make sure they were tall enough to go on the rides. I rode the new roller coaster Wicked and it is the best roller coaster I have ever been on! Totally worth the wait in line.
What a fun day!!!

Grandma Coleman Turns 87

Grandma is such a sweetheart! She lives with Jim and Lisa now and has forgotten most of her life. But I remember her over the past 15 years and she is such a firecracker! She loves her family fiercly and her husband was her truest friend and companion. She has missed him so terribly since he passed away. Sweet Grandma we LOVE you!

SPENCER LOVES MYAH!!!!!
He will not leave her alone. I think his first priority alwasy is to find her and hold her. I had to designate a safe spot so if she is in her safe spot neither of the kids can hold her. I put a little cat bed in the kitchen and a lot of times you can see her running to the safe spot. But I know she loves the kids just as much. Sometimes when I go to wake them up in the morning you can find her in bed with them.

I love clouds! The kids and I have so much fun finding the shapes in the clouds. It was such a pretty warm day, The horses were out laying in the sun in the straw. I couldnt resist taking a few pictures. You can see Kennecott in one of the pictures and my dad was up working at the time.
