Spencer got to go Fishing with Grandpa Coleman!

Specer was invited to go fishing with Grandpa Coleman and cousin Sam on Grandpa's boat! Emily was in school so she didnt get to go...hopefully next time!
Kenny took Spencer down to the Coleman's at 6am! I thought that he would be too sleepy and not have a happy attitude. It ws the exact opposite! He had the most wonderful time and talked about it for days when he got home.
He was very proud to tell us that he caught the first fish and the biggest fish out of everyone.
That was so nice of Grandpa to take him!

Scentsy Convention Boise Idaho!

This was the most incredible little vacation!  We rented a van so that we could all be together and headed up to Boise for Andy's Scentsy Convention!!!
All aboard.... Mom, Andy, Me, Emily, Ty, Hayley and Jaxsen!
We stayed in a lovely hotel!  While Andy was in meetings mom and I totally explored the town and Boise, Idaho and the surrounding areas.  My dad really helped out by telling us some neat places to go.  We drove up to Idaho City and found the most amazing cemetary.  And found a man made beach that was to die for.  I think I could actually live in Boise!
Andy had a great time at Convention, learned a lot, got free stuff and was really pumped to get home and put it all into practice!  The only sad part about the trip was her tooth ache that really put a damper on how she was feeling.  I wish we would have been able to do something while we were there to help her.
All in all.... I would do it again tomorrow!

Emilys FIRST Day of Second Grade

Emily is starting second grade today!  Where does the time go????
Her new teacher is Mrs. Ostler.  We went to orientation in the morning and I brought Ty with me.  Mrs. Ostler was talking to the class and introducing herself.  After she was done she came over and asked me and Emily how we were doing and I told her that we were really nervous.  She said that's ok! I'm nervous too.  We will get through it together.  Right then I had a really good feeling that this was going to be a good year!
Em you are Awesome!  Have the best time in Second Grade!!!

My mom is my favorite traveling buddy!  She is just awesome and so fun to be with.  She helps me with the kids and keeps me calm when I am stressing about directions or getting back to the airport on time!!!
I am so happy that we can do things like this... spend a lovely afternoon in San Diego enjoying the ocean and the sights.  Steph and Dave and Ali are out of town in Alaska so we brought Zach along with us.  He thought it was so cool to watch tv on the airplane... Hey Zach... Me TOOOO!

It has been a lot of hard work!  Kenny started out with just a concrete floor and a few pipes stubbed in on the ground.  We just finished up the tile job.  Kenny did all the cuts and I layed the tile.  It is such a nice feeling to be able to stand back and admire your work after doing a project like this!
Next comes the other rooms!

Ogden Dinosaur Museam with Mom and All the Kids

My mom wanted to take all of the grandkids to the Dino Museam in Ogden.  So we loaded up two cars and headed up north.  I must say it was AMAZING!  There were so many differnt paths to take and dinosaurs to see and we could just let the kids run wild.  It was a really hot day so we made sure that they drank a little water the entire time so that no one got sick. 

I love how good of friends all the cousins are.  They are almost like siblings.  That makes me really happy because a few of them will never have their own brother or their own sister since there are only two in the family.  It is a comfort to know that they will have each other as they grow up!

Em and Ty's July Horse Show

It's Horse Show time again!  I still get so excited getting the kids in their western outfits.  The horse is washed an polished and looks like a million bucks.  And we are just out there to have fun!
I think I enjoy doing this with them more than me participating in the compitition!
